We made a Healthy Food Pyramid. You should eat m MOST of fruit, vegetables, and cereals. You should eat SOME of protein, meat, seafood, chicken, eggs and beans. Also some of dairy, milk, cheese and yoghurt. The foods you should eat LEAST of includes foods that are high in fats and sugars, like soft drinks, cakes and biscuits, soft drinks and sweets. They should be kept for birthday parties.
