Welcome to the blog for C6 Glenholme School 2015. We want to share our learning, achievements, and progress with you. Now we are publishing our own work under the 'Our Writing' label, so please forgive us if there are a few little mistakes. Remember to leave a positive comment for the children, to encourage them.

Haka Powhiri.
On Friday all of Glenholme School welcomed our whanau to Greats 'n' Grans Day with a haka powhiri. Here is our presentation of our school haka.
E Koro Whakau E
On Friday our whole school gathered to perform a beautiful waiata for the grandparents who came to school to share our schoolday with us. C6 were so lucky to have 20 manuhiri today. Here we are singing one of our favourite waiata, E Koro Whakau E.
Greats 'n' Grans
Tyler's grandparents Sue and Tim, came to visit Tyler on Friday. His grandpa told the class about how school milk came in glass bottles, when he was a little boy. It was not kept in the fridge, so it was nice in Winter, but really revolting in Summer. We are glad we have long life milk, and it is nice and cold every day.

Walking To See The Murals
This morning we went for a walk to see our school murals painted on the side of the local dairy. We loved looking at the wonderful art and the bright colours.
